firat cook New Braunsfel Black Diamond

Bought a piece of aluminum sheeting and made a baffle, and then wrapped both fire grates in foil and used them as a diffuser.
Well I'm shocked. Within 5 degrees end to end, verifying using my stoker.

Threw a bird on and awaiting the results.
