I have the finishing sauce recipe on the note taking app on my phone, along with Jeff's rub recipes so I always have them at hand.This is a classic post, I refer back to it every time I smoke pork butts.

Yeah, post#1 is the finishing sauce recipe I use. My toughest decision will be which smoker do I use the pellet, Komodo, or my new Mes30 which still needs some mods?
