Fantastic looking finger food! Very nice... What temp did you smoked them at ? Just curious...
I did the ABT’s and beans at 250 until done. Opened up the airflow and put the wings in around 300F

I've never seen a rib cut with that much attached meat.
I'd be worried the meat end would be shoe leather long before the rib end got edible.
I'll take a plate, please!
Great looking grub as usual
Delicious looking spread, thoughtful of you to make a to go container for me!:emoji_wink:
Looks great. The ABT's look especially tasty. I need to make some...JJ
Looks really great!
Dang Jcam, that's just plain serious! Great job buddy!

this all looks to die for. great dinner for sure
Looks fantastic, and great menu. I think a finger food buffet is possibly my favorite dinner, and goes over great with the grandkids.
Couple cold ones and Super Bowl and you'd have yourself an official party.
Well, guess you could watch replays of an older one. Heck, at this age and as much consumption during those, might think it’s current. :emoji_laughing:
Thanks all for the kind words. It all hit the spot for sure. The meatballs were almost too damn hot lol.

Wow! Everything looks amazing! I’m intrigued with the Alabama white sauce. I’ve had it where it was good, but I know there’s got to be better out there!
I use this recipe as a base and then adjust to my taste. I bump up the coarse pepper a lot and add both powdered and minced garlic. We like it sweeter so I just add to taste. My friends and family would drink it if I let them lol. https://blog.hamiltonbeach.com/alabama-white-bbq-sauce

Yep, just looking at that sounds good. I actually tried to make it once; wasn’t bad but I’m definitely trying this. Thanks for sharing!

Nice finger food feast Jeff! I could pick a plate of appetizers with a cold beer right now. You got me in the mood to whip up some white sauce.

Thanks for posting the Alabama White Sauce recipe. Most are not much different than my Cole Slaw Dressing, so I make Cole Slaw with BBQ Chicken. But your recipe, including the additions, sounds really worth trying...JJ

I woke up this morning thinking about this thread. I’ve got two whole chickens going on the smoker later today; and made this white sauce to go along with it. Got it sitting in the fridge now, and I’ve gotta say, it’s REALLY good. I’m sure it’ll even get better. I too jazzed it up w more pepper and extra minced/garlic/powder. Can’t wait to try it with tonight’s chicken dinner!
