   Well finally got a real smoker. I have been using a 55 gallon drum for a while and my friends got tired of seeing me slave over keeping temp right. ( IE. Not drinking beer with them). So what do they do. They all pitched in and bought me a Smoke Hollow pro Series 44 from Sam's club. What a great bunch. Now I have started this addiction of smoking everything. In one weekend we smoked a pork lion, deer lion, 15 chicken breast, and sausage. this thing was great. I look forward to researching this site and getting recipes. Thanks in advance for all help in the future.I am going to try and make my own deer jerky and baloni in the future any advice would be great.
