Finally Pulled Me In

Hello all! I'm Casey. Currently a student at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Some of you may be familiar with my dad, Chef Jimmy J. Well he finally got me on here. I do not smoke as much as I would like because I'm currently at school, but I'm very active at school with our beverage programs, including being the writer for my school paper's beverage column.  

I'm graduating soon, so hopefully I can get some regular brewing, smoking and general concocting going. Can't wait to share and learn with everyone!

Welcome to SMF.  As you know your dad and I talk a lot and he is pretty proud of you. I feel like I know you from all of our conversations. Good luck with the food and beverage career.  Rumor has it you are going for your masters. Do they offer a doctorate? Your dad can cover it.

You may want to Block Scarbelly (Gary) though, he keeps Stalking me and Ripping Off my Recipes! S2K9K (Dave) is a good guy and SmokinHusker (Alesia) is a total Sweetheart!
