Hello all! I'm Casey. Currently a student at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Some of you may be familiar with my dad, Chef Jimmy J. Well he finally got me on here. I do not smoke as much as I would like because I'm currently at school, but I'm very active at school with our beverage programs, including being the writer for my school paper's beverage column.
I'm graduating soon, so hopefully I can get some regular brewing, smoking and general concocting going. Can't wait to share and learn with everyone!
