I have been lurking on here for a few months. I finally got started on my smokehouse. I work offshore and got off work ladtnight. Plan on getting a lot done this week. Here's the start.

Ok got part of it framed today. Will finish framing tomorrow. And pour small slab for firebox.

My project will be on hold for a couple of weeks. I have to go back to work. I am wrapping house with 6in cedar t and g. Inside walls will be 1/2 inch hardwood. I will use propane and pellet tray. I am also building a steel firebox. This heat will flow through a 3 ft concreet tunnel. The tunnel will be 8in x 8in.
I am hoping to use the firebox more than the propane, just not sure if I will be able to regulate temperatures as good. See you in a couple of weeks.

Hey Nick. Yes it is. I used to have this forum on tap stalk. Can't seen to get it now. I don't know how to post pictures without it.
