I have not been felling well recently, but today I smoked up a rack of spare ribs that I cut st. louis style.  I figured why I was at it I would make some pulled pork as well.  So here is some q for you all to look at.  And last but not least look how my garden has taken off.

Awesome looking q-view and garden!  Keep up the nice work!

We are still having such weird weather here on the Left Coast that I decided to forgo the garden this year and let the soil rest.  All my friends have a ton of greenery and little produce in their gardens because of the cold wet conditions.  Makes me look like a genius, huh?

Sure will miss the fresh veggies, though.

The food looks great and so does that garden!!!!!

Looks like the food and the garden are doing well -

thanks everyone, ya everything was great, except I had my first pork shoulder not turn out the best.  It was deboned, and lost alot of its flavor with all the juices escaping.  The ribs though were my best yet, i keep trying diffrent rubs to see which one is my favorite.  The garden is doing well, except we are in a drought almost, no rain what so ever.  So Im colletcing water from the ac units lol.

Looks like a good time was had by all. Thanks for sharing those pics, I like your garden too! It's all good my friend.
