Hi everyone, Ive been getting great info from here the fast couple years.  I think its time I finally say hello.  Im from Chicago and have two Masterbuilt 40" propane smokers.  Im huge fan of Jeffs rub and put it on almost everything.  Also, Dutchs wicked baked beans are amazing.  My next item going in will be a 9lb pork butt along with a few other things for our 4th of July party.  This time I am going to try Jeffs finishing sauce.  I know I wont be disappointed.  Anyway, thanks for having me and thanks for all the great info!
