Hi,
I have been reading this site for about 6 months now. I was looking around at all the smokers out there and seeing what people had to say about them, good and bad. I have had a few small smokers and was ready for the bigger one that I could really put lots of ribs on. I like to cook and BBQ is at the top of my list. Anyway I live in Upstate NY between Rochester and Syracuse by Lake Ontario. The BBQ smoker I ended up getting was a TS250 by Meadow Creek. I am a tool maker by trade and really look things over and I mean top to bottom. I liked everything I looked at with the TS250 so that is why I chose that one. Maybe a bit more money but I thought it was well worth it. So far I have cooked ribs and a 14 lb turkey. I enjoy this site and sure you will see me on here !!
