Filets on the griddle

Anniversary dinner. Filets with blue cheese sauce, mushrooms and dutch potatoes.

We also had a salad and corn on the cob, but they were not done on the BS so I didn't show them

I need to know more about this blue cheese sauce. It all looks amazing!!

About 1/3 cup cream in to a sauce pan on medium heat for 3-5 minutes (stirring constantly), add some crumbled blue cheese and a dash of worchestershire sauce, stir a minute or two more, Turn off the heat and more blue cheese. It will stay a little lumpy. I added a strip of bacon to it this time.

I'm still jealous of your container garden. Mine is not doing nearly as well.
