Rastros2, met a ...... Gentleman of Acadian descent recently while in FL and we were discussing shine, and the differences between hillbillys and CA while he had no personal experience he said that CA do inded boil up shine, theortically speaking since we know that is illegal except for fuel purposes. Any thoughts?

I have got some plum wine settling on the kitchen counter and some fresh peach flavored liqueur smoothing below in the cabinet.

You ever wonder why its legal to make beer and wine and not corn?
 
Damn, foam heart, I am not even in your league, I just drink the stuff.

Once I figure out how to smoke a little better, I will learn how to make some wine.

Your comments do bring to mind an interesting question, I may be wrong, but is brandy distilled wine? Is legal or illegal?
