Hi I'm going to be going to my bros for a weekend and he has an old electric smoker and the heist temp it gets is 160 would that work for a fatty.

You could put it in there for a couple hours to get some smoke then finish in the oven to get it out of the danger zone. Like to take mind to at least 165*
