Fatty in my Omelet

I was thrilled to find a wee bit of leftover breakfast fatty while whipping up an omelet this morning.  Thin sliced and warmed up in the pan.

A few mushrooms next....

Harvarti cheese and the fattie slices.....

Some tomato and sour cream on top, and viola!  thanks for looking!

What a beautiful looking plate of food. The fresh tomatoes and scoop of sour cream on top makes that #1 in my book!!
