This was for a friend, his son’s wedding.

On the cooker. About 170#. Cook was about 26 hours, low and slow.

A few pics of the journey today. This meat is money, golden. So delicious and so worth the effort.
 
So you just peel back the skin and pull the meat? Think I'd eat half of it tasting! Looks great.

Now that is a "WHOLE" lot of pulled pork! Oh that is also a nice cooker as well! Well done all around!

Haven't done a whole hog since high school but I still remember all of the vinegary great tastes! Great job Eric!
