We are four hours into our Fathers day brisket smoke. Here are some pictures before we put it on and also some pics of the smoked chicken from last week. I'll make sure I post some pics of the brisket when its done.

Looking good so far!
nice....wish my bas....errrrr loving kids would pick up the smoking bug (and not the damn malboro one) and make me a smoked dinner........but that's all up to me, and why we are having steak (little lady can handle that, I HOPE.....) instead for fathers day.
I started a 10# brisket last night around 7:30pm. My son is coming over and is bringing his GSMS and he is going to do acouple of slabs of spare ribs. There is nothing better then a father/son smoke on fathers day.
