No farmers mkt tomorrow due to severe weather.
So the fresh breads will need to go to the freezer.

Fresh milled hard red/white mix.

Bread looks great! bummer on the rain out. Hitting us tomorrow night through Wednesday.

Awesome looking loaves...

The wife and I are just beginners with our bread making - but we are far enough along that even our mistakes taste pretty darned good! We have never come close to making something as visually appealing as your pics above.

Your bread always looks great!!!

As far as bread goes, I hate eating frozen bread, I just don't care for it.
So I would rather give it away than freeze it, I don't even like toasted frozen bread for some reason, weird, I know.

That is too bad Rick about the weather, and that happens with the open air markets.

The ones I used to do were always inside, as mostly ran all year. And up here all year means Rain , sun, wind, AND Big Snow Storms.

On an other note, your bread looks great as always , but your jalapeno bread , Fantastic.
