Looks great . It's hard to say how the flat top makes things taste so good , but it does .


If you're having rice , try Chile's rice recipe . It's fantastic .

Your exactly right man. CI is great but there is just something about the flat top that adds another dimension to the food. Plan to fire it up again and the smokers too this weekend. Haven't tried Chile's rice yet but its on my recipe index! So many things I want to try and so little time!

Yeah thats something you might have to keep them away from. I've got two dogs as well one is a good size boxer and she is a food hoss. They guard my smoker when I'm inside haha I might tend to share some of the food goodness with them a little but don't tell the vet

They have a new one out now too its called natty seltzer. Not tried it yet though. Inaugural beer at Neyland tomorrow!

Dang missed this post some how, looks great, love my 36" blackstone griddle, been working to many hours to use much of any thing lately but will change that sometime before deer season
