I stumbled across this recipe from 2 guys and a cooler, I made this a few days ago and it is delicious. I tweaked my version just a bit with pork/chicken instead of all chicken and left out some of their spice but otherwise I just added a squeeze of lime juice to the veggies sauteing. We ate it grilled with beans and rice with some avocado slices. Next time I do this one I will grill the veggies instead of sauté. Have fun and enjoy this one, it’s very good.

Sounds good and I saved it, but man that's a lot of ingredients....
