Going to try to smoke an eye of round 6 lbs for a family get together. Any suggestions on how to get it juicy and tender ?
Just don't overcook it.

Personally I like to smoke them in a pan with some French onion soup.

Eye of round is real good sliced thin for sammies.

We like ours rare so we pull it out at 120 & let it rest for 30 minutes before cutting it.

If you don't smoke it in a pan, make sure to catch the juices in a pan, so you can have some Au Jus.
