Didnt feel like pulling the grinder motor out and the jerky slicer so i slice by hand.

In the fridge for tonight and tomorrow i will get this ready to go.

Jerky is going to Ghazni Province Afghanistan. He wants it hot so got some Habanero powder to put in the marinade.

Whew finally done.

I think my 20 year old dehydrator is starting to slow down. The jerky was in all night and i had to rotate many times.

Those look amazing.  I haven't done jerky yet.  Send a message from all of us...THANK YOU for your service.  I used to send my fudge to the guys when my Son was in.  Sent some to Korea, Iraq and Kabul.  They loved it...know these guys are going to love that!
