So, Extreme Makeover Home Edition (the one with Ty Pennington) showed up this morning to a family in my city (the crew is less than a mile from where I sit). They're going to rebuild a house that was destroyed by some devastating floods we had here a couple years ago.
I wonder if I should set up my smoker and get some free advertising for SMF?!?!
Kidding, of course! Actually, I think it's a great concept and my community is already showing up in droves to volunteer.
Coincidentally, they are set up right across the street from the best BBQ smokehouse in New Hampshire! I want to volunteer just to smell the burning hickory!
