Yes, I've done them numerous times.

Smoked mine for 3 hours at 225°, wrapped in foil and finished in the oven a until the internal hit 165°

I injected with a mix of garlic, butter and sprite

Makes great leftovers

Try wrapping the turkey breasts with some bacon,that will help keep them nice and juicy too! Then smoke them at 225-250 untill they reach a IT of 165.
 
I like the bacon idea. I have smoked quite a few & they make great sammies.
 
I make turkey pastrami out of them.

cure wth my corned beef recipe, then season and smoke

just like beef pastrami with cherry wood
