Little leftover filling I can eat with noodles some day or on toast..

You can see I also added some dijon mustard to the filling . I used heavy cream instead of milk .

Running at about a steady 380 right now. Added some extra apple wood.
Should be at 425 or 400. May have to put it in the oven for a couple minutes if the crust doesn't look right . Will see..
 
Appreciate it.. I guess we can smoke anything if we can get the temps to cooperate..

For sure a great cold weather rib sticking meal. A job well done John. We cheat a little when we make pot pie and use cream of chicken soup but yours looks great home made home made.
