Electric Smoker

Hey guys. I am looking for a small electric smoker that I can use for smoking cheese and when I make my own sausage. I have a Rec Tec Bull but it only goes down to 180 in temp. I was looking for a unit that will smoke at lower temps than that. Any suggestions? I’m looking to spend around 200 or so. Thanks

What about an amnps tray set inside the rec tec

I am familiar with the tube but not the tray. How will the tray help me smoke at 90 or 100 degrees?

You can use the amnps at whatever the ambient temperature is, the tray will not generate more than 5° additional temp increase. It just holds the smoldering pellets!
