Looking to get a smoker for my parents as a christmas gift. Mainly for cured meats, sauasage, hams, etc. But also for the occasional brisket. What would y'all recommend? I see a lot of posts about MES. But Im not sure how low the temps get in it. I cant seem to find a website for the manufaturer. Any help would be appreciated.
