Smoke Blower
I am looking to buy a nice durable electric knife for carving and slicing through frozen foods such a ribs. Can anyone recommend one?

I just got a Rapala for x-mas. Battery operated. Haven't tried it on frozen food, but works great on ribs...........but so does a regular steak knife.
The Rapala is like $90, if it were me I'd find one at a garage sale, ebay, or something to try out. I like cheap though..........or free. I'd take a disease if it were free. :)

Stang the electric fisherman at academy is a good knife and its about $29.00.
