Economics of casings

Well that is unfortunate. Really good casings though if you can find them...

I will call them when I need more to confirm that, and maybe they will hook me up if I drive there for a visit, but I see no place on their site to place retail orders.

I have probably run through 20 or more hangs since I have started using them buying at the local butcher supply house. Every now and then you will get a strand with a lot of whiskers, but for the mos part they are fairly clean. We run through a lot of casings when we do our annual deer processing.
