Had a little over 2 pounds of turkey leftover, still...so I used my double-smoked ham-salad recipe and substituted turkey.

I used a medium plate...should have used coarse as turkey crumbles easier than ham. It is still yummy.

IMPORTANT - Put in all ingredients and 1/2 of the mayo. From there, add mayo to-suit.

Like many dishes, turkey salad is better a few hours after it is made and the ingredients have time to meld.

(Ham) Turkey Salad Spread

Yield: About 12 servings

Ingredients
3 cups ground fully cooked ham turkey (about 1 pound)
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
2 teaspoons finely chopped onion
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon yellow mustard

Right up my alley!! I went out for Thanksgiving this year so no turkey soup or salad. I did whip up a huge batch of egg salad to fill in for the missed deviled eggs.

Looks great Eddie. I wish we saved some of our leftover breast meat.

Point for sure
Chris

I thought about it for like a millisecond, but it was too easy to make and the last few throw-downs had BEAUTIFUL looking entries.
Just remember there are a lot of prizes to be had, and one never knows what will catch the eye of our members.

TY FOR THE RECIPE GREAT!

Made that salad last night with loin ham.
I will only make that from now on as my goto Ham Salad, really great Ty!!

Looks tasty, I would add a splash of wooster and siracha and then a croissant roll all day long!
