Dropped the heat to 235 and went to bed. Got up at 6 am and could run a 12" bamboo skewer into it like butter. wrapped in foil w/ some low sodium beef broth to cool. will reheat tonight 026.jpg eman May 31, 2014

I used to stay up all night and feed chips into the MES every 45 min. Lucky for me i usually had Ron P. To stay up an chat w/ me .( RIP RON ). Even Luckier for me Todd J. invented the AMNPS. (Thanks Todd) Now once i get TBS flowing , i don't have to mess w/ anything till it's done
