Well we had our Easter dinner taday, everbody could make it that way, an I can use a day a rest before goin back ta work!

Spent most a the day yesterday cuttin fire wood an got a perty good jag on the trailer. Gonna keep me busy, got bout 2 er 3 cord a wood ta cut at this place.

We did a fried turkey fer dinner, can't get these youngsters ta eat anythin elese on the holidays!


A 13 pounder fried ta perfection, sure was tastey!


My pride an joy an the apple a her daddy's eye. My granddaughter. She's 3 an got a little sister on the way! Gonna be hard on her an her daddy when he has ta go overseas. Were just gonna do the best we can, send lots a pics an communicate as best we can.

Well tip your turkey look awesome and you have one cutie for a grand daughter too. Now as far as when daddy shipps out you guys need to get him a computer and use that "skype" thingy. It's a free way to talk to and see him while he's overseas or where ever he is. Our son is in Iraq right now and we have talked to him every weekend all you have to be is near your computer and he can talk to his 2 daugther too.

Hey Tip

I started brining a turkey yesterday, based on your posts & web site. Gonna smoke for a few hours and finish it up in my Charbroil Big Easy Oil-Less Turkey Fryer today. I hope mine turns out like yours!!!

Nice to see how proud you are of your Granddaughter, and obviously, Your Son!!!
