Easter Ribs

Hey guys,

Second smoke and decided to try out some baby back ribs.

Here's my son a future smoker preppin' the day before;

They turned out fantastic! My brother also smoked a few drunken yard birds that were also quite tasty!

Could not ask for a better Easter....weather was beautiful, surrounded by family, great meal, and Canadiens leading 3-0 against the Lightning!

I think that anytime you can combine family and friends and good BBQ you have a winning time.

LOL Pool is still frozen...next smoke in a few weeks you should see some clean blue water...a few week after....may be a few guys wading away with beers in their hands! :)

Unfortunately not :( Started the ribs a little late and had a very hungry crowd pressuring me to smoke faster! By the time they were done, they had carted them off to the table and started eating before I could even wash up for dinner! Next time I promise ;)
