Easter Morning Breakfast

We celebrate both Easter and Passover in our family. So I decided to take a little from each side and make a bacon egg and bagel casserole.. ( not my recipe but delicious)
Three bagels cut into 1/4 and placed in a well greased glass dish

Now, 1/2 lb of bacon nice and crisp ( I used turkey bacon) chopped and placed on the button layer

Along with some grated cheddar cheese

 

[lemans]

Next comes the 8 eggs with 1/2 cup of milk and some parsley

Then the second layer and some parmigiana cheese

Into the fridge overnight. Easter morning into a 350 Oven for 1/2 hour..

For my piece I topped it with homemade gravlax and sour cream with a little dill..
