Hello All....been a member of the forum for a bit and harvester of information since Christmas when I got my WSM from my wife (maybe the best gift ever...love that woman!).

Anyway, I'm a few Pork butts and chicken wing and a brisket into my smoking career and all have come out pretty darn good thanks to all of you!!! Decided to invite some friends over (about 20) for Easter and just started my second Brisket ever. Hope it turns out, I'll let you know.

Thanks for all of your advice and especially Jeff!!! I'm originally an Okie but moved to California as a teenager. Can't tell you how much i appreciate this forum and all the advice. Look forward to learning more, becoming a better cook, and getting to know all of you!!
