That is very cool. I love learning these little tricks. I am sure everyone of us has some up his/her sleeve. Maybe we could share them.
Most of you probably know this but I will start with it: for easy peeling crack the garlic clove by pushing the knife handle on it. When chopping garlic sprinkle coarse salt on the cutting board - it will stick less to the knife. Also add a little olive oil ...it will make it easier to dice.
