Well wife couldn't wait and I am reaping the benifits!!

She walked in this afternoon and sat a LEM 7" meat slicer in my lap and said merry christmas.

Needless to say I am going find a reason to use it this afternoon!!!!

Well she took care of the what to use it on as well. On Monday she was bragging what a deal she got on a whole pork loin and has been hounding me every day about what I was going to do with the loin she bought me. Well this afternoon right before she brought in the slicer I pulled out the quick tender pepper and brown sugar and vacu sealed it all in the fridge for the making of some canadian bacon... ::))

Ya she is a pretty good old gal. I already hit the jewlery store and am just waiting in it all to get delivered :)

In case anyone is wondering the slicer works great. I was supprised how uniform and quick it cut. Definately recomend this item for anyone interested in a slicer

I guess that means that since she got you the meat slicer, don't get her a vaccum cleaner. LOL Congrats on the slicer and the loin to go with it.
