joined a while ago though I should check in. was using a brinkman pit master
got tired of trying to keep the temperature even so got a masterbuilt electric smoker. Just installed a smoke daddy on it. Just trying it out now. so far so good.
I live in northwestern IL will see how the smoker works in the cold had the smoker running but go to hot for cheese shut it off with just smoke daddy running 85 deg. inside 59 deg. outside
