Dueling Big Chief Smokers working out

I know these old smokers are so outdated but I love using them mainly for smoking Salmon and other fish. One on the left has a 1000w adjustable burner while right one is still original but continues to produce. This past weekend I had too much Salmon to fit in just one smoker so out came the other one to play for the day.

Finish product = Salmon nuggets

Looks great! I wish I didn't sell my last big chief! It was a work horse when I was in the fishing business!

Those nuggets are beautiful......   

My Totem/Chief does fish better than any other smoker I've tried.....   I hauled it to Alaska and smoked salmon on the seiner..... hauled it in the camper and smoked trout/salmon all over Washington....    Some things are built to do one job perfect... and those smokers are perfect for fish...      Nice job.....
