I am getting ready to try my first dry cure bacon. But as fate has it, I will not be able to get it in the smoker for awhile. i have the cure on and in a vacuum sealed bag.

Can i put that in the freezer to smoke at a much later date?

You didnt cure it yet? Yes you can freeze till later.

If its a eq dry cure you can leave it in the fridge for up to a month in the cure. I dont see why you wouldnt be able to freeze it thou
