Hey Guys,

Ryan here, I've been smoking on an MES 30 for roughly a year. Just discovered this forum the other day and figured I'd join in some of the fun as well as learn some new things along the way. I've developed my own rub recipe over the last year as well as my own version of a carolina gold bbq sauce (Though it isn't a full fledged written down recipe). My favorite thing to smoke is St. Louis style ribs. 

Things I've smoked:
-Pork Butt (Do this pretty regularly)

-Mixed Nuts

-Baby Back Ribs

-St. Louis Style Ribs

-Burgers

-A Whole Turkey

Things I want to try smoking:

-Brisket

-Whole Chicken

-Chicken Wings

-Cheese

-Fish

-A Fatty

-Beef Ribs

(Open to other suggestions here)

Fun fact: I also enjoy brewing mead :)
