Smokin old school today. Put a new thermostat on the old masterbuilt gas cabinet. This was my first smoker and its seen a load of meats over its 15 years with me. Still waiting for parts for the Mes 40 and WSM is taking a break. Rubbed ham with yellow mustard and my bbq rub. Wings were marinated in soy, g

Thanks guys. Im going to get the slice out tonight and get that ham taken care of for the week. Then ham and bean soup with the bone of course.
