Double smoked ham….

Thanksgiving coming up. Got a couple of spiral sliced honey hams to smoke. One for my folks and one for the future in-laws. Coated with honey then sprinkled with a hickory honey rub from McCormick.

Tatanka coming up to temp. Nice TBS from the stack using pecan…

and doing some smoked queso for snacking while watching football this afternoon…
