Double-Smoked, Double-Ham Club Sammy

To a Double Smoked Ham Lover, this is a “Super-Sammy”!!

OK Guys, I made you wait for this because my Double Smoking this Spiral Ham Thread was already too long, so I gotta make this Sammy extra Special. I’l throw in some pics of my Breaded & Fried Zucchini Slices too.

So after toasting 3 slices of Italian Bread, I put some Horsey Sauce on one side of each slice.
Then a Slice of American Cheese went on one of the slices of toast.
Then I laid out some nice Ham Slices on top of the Cheese.
Then a nice Big Slice of Tomato on top of the Ham.
Then another slice of toast, with the sauced side down, allowing me to put some more Horsey Sauce on top.
Then some more Double Smoked Ham on top of that second slice of toast.
Then another Nice big slice of Tomato on top of the Ham.
Then another slice of American Cheese went on top of the Ham.
Then the Third slice of toast goes on top to cover it all up.
Then I like to slice it in half, corner to corner.

Then I laid a couple of slices of Breaded & Fried Zucchini next to my Sammy to complete the Plate.
Not shown in the Pic is the Squirts of Franks Hot Sauce I used on my Fried Zuke.

I’ll also show a couple of Pics of the Zuke Slices getting Pan Fried.

Enjoy the Pics,

Bear

Thank You Jim!!
My Breading Machine also has a pretty good sense of humor.
Probably helped that we spent our Honeymoon 12,000 miles apart.

Well , I missed this one . Great sandwich . Ham came out perfect too .

71 year old breading machine?
You are a bolder man than I.

With zucchini like that, I'd consider using one for a center slice in that sammy.

I'd also consider dropping the bread altogether for those zucchini and making it a fork&knife sammy.

Great job!
