My neighbor and I just had a conversation on this subject on a no burn "spare the air" day, and decided to keep a tri tip handy and a cooking grate setup for the fireplace or firepit, just in case the powers that be came a knoking.. smoke on

The same nuts are now in control of Washington DC & the White House, if you really are concerned then contact your state Senator & Congressman to stop Cap and Trade and the new EPA regulations (without any mandates from congress) or voting, which endorsed the carbon mandates by the Copenhagen Environment Nazis.

back when I was a young, glassy eyed Dead Head I wanted to live in San Fran(or Humboldt County), but now that I am a parent, homeowner, and taxpayer there is no way I'd live there.

I fear these initiatives might spread due to the current eco-fanatic movement in our country.

Ill just say this, "they can have my smoker when they pry it from my cold, dead hands".

You can bet I didn't put those crazies in office. I have and do contact my congress women and senators. I am not in favor in the policies the current administration is pushing down the peoples throat.
