So my Daniel Boone has been swinging temps which I know is normal even using Lumber Jack pellets (which I will never use anything else after these!!)
I added the downdraft and have 3 temp probes from my iGrill graphing out the temps at 225 and they are +/- 4 degrees last 2 hours.!
