The Boys and i have been cleaning up some ducks this week. So I figured some tacos ( because everyone loves tacos) and some wood duck breast deep fried wouldn't suck for supper after everyone's hunts!

Then I took some fresh wood duck breast, patted dry and lightly seasoned with garlic salt. Let sit a few hours. Then rolled in seasoned flour. Deep fried at 375 for 2 minutes and tossed on a paper towel.....so good!

Thanks for the kind words fellas, Its a great time of the year for fresh wild game treats!

Looks good, I've never deep fried my duck breasts I'll have to give it a try, however I have used mallards and woodies in place of beef for steak tacos and burritos and they are excellent.
