I have not seen this addressed yet and wanted to know. I am going to deep fry one and oven bake another (for a friend to take home). I was only going to brine the oven baked one, but can brine them both if you can deep fry with a brined turkey.

Hey Lisa, I haven't brined and deep fried, but injecting and deep fry works great,

As long as the bird is dry, what would it hurt?

Yes.....

You can brine both... You can eat both too.... Or brine both cook both and send one to me...

Good question Lisa... I've been wondering that myself. I usually just inject mine, but it sounds like brining is also an option. Thanks y'all!
