This is probably my favorite chicken cut hands down. I love to grill them but now I love to rotisserie them! I used the OctoForks to spin them and coated them with some homemade BBQ sauce to bake on over the fire.   It doesn't matter what kind of grill you have but you have to spin these things.  Wow sooo amazing!

Rub was Island Spice All Purpose, BBQ Sauce was had one secret ingredient in it... Shhhh don't tell anyone but it was apricot preserves!

I like the wing meat too.  Just too mad there's not much of it! lol   BBQ sauce cooked on thighs though...all day long.  yum
