Same.I keep my Pit Boss plugged in all the time. I do have it connected to a heavy duty outdoor inline switch. Easier to flick the switch than unplug and plug in. Otherwise a light stays on all the time on the control panel.

I used to keep my Traeger plugged in but, since I went back to using a kettle as my primary cooker, I keep the outlet open for the rotisserie.I pondered this while running a more permanent extension cord to my Rec Teq. In short I ran it out an old conduit from the garage then under the deck and up. its way better. I use a portable GFCI thing and thats in a surge protector.
The Question: Do you unplug your pellet grill between cooks? I am guessing yes but figured I would get opinions.
