Diy thermostat and fan setup

Hi all, I hope this msg finds you happily and safely que'ing.
Because I'm in Southest Asia, it's difficult as amazon does not ship here as many times things go missing, therefore I need to be resourceful. I was wondering if anyone has a schematics of a thermostat and fan setup that can be made locally. I'm not a technician by any means. Im hoping to get it fitted for a bullet smoker. Thanks ahead for any input on the matter.
