Hello everyone.

Just wanted to stop in and say hello.

Few things about me, I am a Soldier in the US Army, have just under a year and a half until I retire.

I am from Texas, but currently stationed in Colorado.

I currently own an offset Char-Griller smoker, the 3 way combo, gas/charcoal/smoker box.

I have owned many smokers over the years, but my favorite was my vertical Bandera Smoker.

This year I hope to get more/different meats on the grill.

During the summer, and any day I can during the winter, I prefer to cook on the grill and not in the house.

Look forward to being part of the family.

Welcome to SMF that's my kind of thinking why cook in the house. Good luck with your plans  until then just keep smoking.

Thanks for your service.
